A message from Tina:
"Hi, I’m Tina, aka Mimzie to the most important people in my life, my grandbabies. I’m a full-time pedi nurse, who has always had a love of baking and sharing my sweet treats with family, friends, and colleagues. Mimzie's was just a happenstance occurrence the Christmas season of 2022. I ordered cocoa bombs and wasn’t happy with them for gifts, and said I’m sure I can perfect these. I began researching and practicing, and sure enough began making cocoa bombs. Two of my close friends and colleagues wanted them made, and refused to have me do them without compensating me. They convinced me to start this little gig. So I gave it a name and it’s flourished. Every item made or baked is handmade with love and care as if it were for my own family."
